Parent Support Group
Parent Support Group's Recent Activity
The Parent Support Group was formed in June 2010 to
provide professional advice and support for parents of children with
learning difficulties.
The group is headed by Andrea Mayrhofer who has a Master
in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Hon). She is also
a certified therapist in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
The Parent Support Group aims to:
- provide on-going support in time of crisis
- share information, ideas, resources
- provide training in parenting skills
- give parents opportunities to form new friendships
